Summary

add no-build docker run and Docker Compose examples for the published ghcr.io/open-webui/mcpo:main image
place the examples in the existing Dockerize section instead of duplicating the install flow
bind mcpo to 0.0.0.0 so Docker port publishing can reach the proxy

Follow-up to #1289.
