Problem

Three pages tell users to enable Tools for a single chat from the plus icon menu in the message input:

docs/features/extensibility/plugin/tools/index.mdx ("Option 1: Enable on-the-fly"): "click the plus icon in the input area"
docs/features/extensibility/mcp.mdx (OAuth 2.1 workaround): "enable OAuth 2.1 tools per-chat via the plus button"
docs/features/extensibility/plugin/tools/openapi-servers/open-webui.mdx (global tool servers, two spots): "click on the plus button in the message input area" and "enabled from the plus menu"

This is no longer where per-chat tool selection lives. Users following these steps find only file upload and capture options.

Root cause

The app moved per-chat tool selection out of the plus menu in open-webui/open-webui commit a68342d5a ("refac: input menu"), first released in v0.6.29. Since then:

The plus button (labeled "More") opens InputMenu.svelte, which contains only upload, capture, and camera actions.
Per-chat tool selection lives in the Integrations menu (the four-diamond icon next to the plus button, labeled "Integrations"): src/lib/components/chat/MessageInput/IntegrationsMenu.svelte binds selectedToolIds and renders the Tools list with per-chat toggles.
MCP tool servers (server:mcp: entries) and admin-configured global tool servers (direct_server: entries) render in that same Tools list, so all three pages have the same correct answer.

Verified in source at tag v0.11.0 and again on current dev: the structure is unchanged.

Fix

4 lines in 3 files, plus one screenshot refresh. Each instruction now points at the Integrations menu, with the Tools submenu named where the page walks through the flow.

Note on screenshots

global-message-input.png, the image directly under the corrected instruction on the openapi-servers page, previously carried an "Open WebUI v0.6.2" watermark and showed a tool toggle inside the old plus menu. It has been re-captured on a v0.11.0 instance and now shows the Integrations button, the open Tools list with per-chat toggles, and the wrench indicator with the enabled tool count. The tools pictured are demo workspace tools; admin-configured global tool servers appear as entries in this same list.

message-input.png on the same page also dates from v0.6.2, but the wrench indicator it shows still exists in the current UI, so it is dated rather than wrong and is left untouched here.

Verification

Source check at tag v0.11.0 and on current dev of open-webui/open-webui: InputMenu.svelte (the plus button, aria label "More") contains no tool entries; IntegrationsMenu.svelte (aria label "Integrations") binds selectedToolIds and renders the per-chat Tools toggles, including server:mcp: and direct_server: tool server entries.
Runtime check on a running v0.11.0 instance: the Integrations popover lists installed Tools with per-chat toggles; the plus menu offers only upload and capture actions.
docusaurus build succeeds on this branch.
The replacement screenshot was captured on that same v0.11.0 instance, then cropped and compressed (14.7 KB, down from 33.4 KB).
