📄 Description

Adds a community integration guide for Gandr, a hosted text-to-speech API that implements the OpenAI Audio API (POST /v1/audio/speech), following the same format as the existing guides in docs/features/chat-conversations/audio/text-to-speech/.

The guide covers:

Admin Panel > Settings > Audio configuration using the built-in OpenAI engine with https://tts.gandr.ai/v1 as the base URL
Environment variable setup (AUDIO_TTS_ENGINE=openai, AUDIO_TTS_OPENAI_API_BASE_URL, and friends)
The six stock voice IDs
A troubleshooting section including a curl test against the endpoint

One note for reviewers: Gandr returns mp3 by default on /v1/audio/speech, so unlike the OpenRouter case documented in the OpenAI TTS guide, no OpenAI Params entry is needed for playback to work.
