## Summary

The Environment Variable Configuration reference states it is current with v0.11.1, but five environment variables already defined in backend/open_webui/env.py at v0.11.3 are missing:

ENABLE_OAUTH_EMAIL_FALLBACK (OAuth section)
SENTENCE_TRANSFORMERS_BACKEND
SENTENCE_TRANSFORMERS_MODEL_KWARGS
SENTENCE_TRANSFORMERS_CROSS_ENCODER_BACKEND
SENTENCE_TRANSFORMERS_CROSS_ENCODER_MODEL_KWARGS (RAG section)

ENABLE_OAUTH_ID_TOKEN_COOKIE and SENTENCE_TRANSFORMERS_CROSS_ENCODER_SIGMOID_ACTIVATION_FUNCTION are already documented next to these, so the entries slot into the existing OAuth and RAG sections.

Descriptions are based on how each variable is actually used in the codebase (backend/open_webui/utils/oauth.py, backend/open_webui/routers/retrieval.py).
