📄 Description

Summary

I compared the Banners, Evaluation, Analytics, Task Models and Webhooks pages and the section index with the admin UI, events.py, the analytics and evaluations routers and context_compaction.py on dev.

  • Banners: content is Markdown rendered through a sanitizer, not HTML only; multi-line Markdown blocks do not form because newlines become line breaks first; title is never shown; every banner can be closed and the switch only remembers the closure; target="_blank" is stripped; banners appear on the new-chat screen only.
  • Evaluation: the leaderboard is instance-wide and admin-only, a thumbs-up writes nothing to the sibling message but scores the sibling models as losers, same-model regenerations count, and the buttons read 30D, 1Y, All.
  • Analytics: the 24-hour chart ignores the group filter, the model table has Users and Chats columns, the user table shows the top 50, the table and backfill happen on upgrade for every instance, and deleting a user deletes their messages.
  • Task models: compaction has its own model picker, task calls also get the task model's per-model parameters, and the prompts are not all under Generation.
  • Webhooks: the admin side is event webhooks under Events > Webhooks, WEBHOOK_URL is migrated into a default webhook, the payload is the event envelope with auth.signup and user.created rather than new_user, user webhooks are off by default, New Webhook creates the webhook at once, old messages show the webhook's current identity, and the channel webhook URL has /api/v1.

None.

Checklist

  • I have reviewed the relevant documentation and matched the existing style.
  • This PR meets Open WebUI's contribution standards: it is accurate, relevant to users, narrowly scoped, maintainable, and not promotional content, advertising, lead generation, SEO placement, or a request to list a product, service, provider, integration, gateway, tool, or company primarily for visibility.
  • I understand that PRs that do not meet these standards may be closed without review and will not be merged. Repeated, low-quality, off-topic, promotional, or intentionally misleading submissions may result in the contributor being blocked from future participation in Open WebUI repositories.

Notes for reviewers

Sources on dev: Banner.svelte and Navbar.svelte, Banners.svelte for the editor labels, the leaderboard route in routers/evaluations.py, LeaderboardModal.svelte, routers/analytics.py, models/users.py for the delete cascade, the Events component in General.svelte, the legacy webhook migration in events.py, config.py for ENABLE_USER_WEBHOOKS, and the channel router mount in main.py.
