Summary

The Home page shows a still of the live analysis under Quick Start: a model reads a spreadsheet through Open Terminal and draws a revenue dashboard in the chat. This replaces the still with a 23 second recording of the same flow, so readers see the analysis happen instead of only its result:

A revenue spreadsheet sits in Open Terminal's Files panel, with Classic298's Inline Visualizer turned on.
The prompt asks the model to read the file, total it with Python in the terminal and turn it into a dashboard.
The model works through the terminal, then draws the dashboard live in the chat: region cards, a Chart.js trend chart and a table.
The pointer moves across the finished chart.

The recording runs on a local model, qwen3.5:27b through Ollama, so the Home page shows the analysis running on a reader's own hardware. The alt text now says a local model instead of naming Claude Opus 5. It plays muted and loops, with the existing hero.png as its poster for browsers that don't autoplay.

Recorded in one take on a fresh ghcr.io/open-webui/open-webui:v0.12.3 container, with a fresh Open Terminal container holding the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet (Example Corp) and the account's people and chats are fictional.
Nothing is composited, and the only edit is speed. The model's 250 second reply plays in 9.5 seconds, typing and the pointer's pass over the chart play at 2x, and the take's last 1.7 seconds play at 0.6x so the loop rests on the finished dashboard.
I checked every figure in the dashboard and the reply against the spreadsheet: the region totals, the $14,128K grand total, every percentage, and each of the chart's four series.
hero.mp4 is 1500x1560 (the same shape as hero.png), 30 fps, H.264, 1.1 MB. hero.png is unchanged.
On a local dev server, the video autoplays muted, loops and shows the poster first. React's server render keeps the muted attribute, so autoplay also works on a direct page load.
