Using network=host here is not necessary, and is confusing because the standard port number changes.

This is also relevant to https://github.com/open-webui/open-webui?tab=readme-ov-file#troubleshooting but I'm not adding changes there as any review should come here first. :-)

I think that part of the problem is that Docker Desktop handles this automatically (or at least people have reported that), while Docker Engine requires the --add-hosts flag (although this may have changed in recent versions).
