This PR adds a comprehensive backup tutorial for OpenWebUI, covering:

File-level backup approaches using rsync
Backup strategies with and without container interruption
Point-in-time snapshots
Scheduling with crontab
Best practices for backup redundancy

The tutorial is added under a new "Maintenance" category in the documentation.
