📄 Description

This PR adds documentation for integrating Kokoro Web with Open WebUI, providing users with another option to utilize the Kokoro-82M text-to-speech model in their projects.

Key benefits this integration offers:

Simple Docker deployment with minimal configuration
OpenAI-compatible API for easy integration
Support for 8 languages with language-specific optimized voices
Multiple quantized models optimized for CPU performance (no GPU required)
Custom voice formula capabilities for unique voice styles

While Open WebUI already supports Kokoro-FastAPI integration, this additional option gives users more flexibility in choosing the implementation that best fits their specific requirements and hardware configurations.

The documentation follows the same format as existing tutorials and provides clear, step-by-step instructions for users to get started quickly.
