Added info bubbles to the following environment variables documentation that describe related environment variables that need to be defined to enable verification of certificates signed by a private CA:

QDRANT_PREFER_GRPC
- Also define GRPC_DEFAULT_SSL_ROOTS_FILE_PATH
S3_ENDPOINT_URL
- Also define AWS_CA_BUNDLE
