Expected Behavior

Expect mcpo to startup and offer claude-outlook-mcp API endpoint

Actual Behavior

When I start mcpo, it does not complete inspecting the MCP via STDIO and fails to start the unicorn server

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install https://github.com/syedazharmbnr1/claude-outlook-mcp
  2. Start mpco - uv run mcpo --port 8000 -- /Users/dougalb/.bun/bin/bun run /Users/dougalb/src/claude-outlook-mcp/index.ts

I have started claude-outlook-mcp standalone and it is working as an MCP server.
