I have searched the existing issues and discussions.

Problem Description

使用mcpo连接sse带token的mcp服务器时：
readme中给定的方法：
mcpo --port 8000 --api-key "top-secret" --server-type "sse" --header '{"Authorization": "Bearer token", "X-Custom-Header": "value"}' -- http://127.0.0.1:8001/sse
在windows下是跑不通的，认证通不过要进行转义如下：。
mcpo --port 8000 --api-key "top-secret" --server-type "sse" --header '{\"Authorization\": \"Bearer token\", \"X-Custom-Header\": \"value\"}' -- http://127.0.0.1:8001/sse
这样才能使用，否则会报认证失败的代码。

然而以上代码在linux下也不能用。linux下用readme中的格式才能跑。

因此希望在readme中补充上，让新用户少走弯路，我开始在windows上调了好久，最后才发现是命令行的问题。
