Problem Description

Current mcpServers configuration does not support a cwd field for stdio-type servers, so it is not possible to set the working directory for the child process via the config file.

Desired Solution you'd like

support cwd field:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "memory": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": ["-y", "@modelcontextprotocol/server-memory"],
      "cwd": "/tmp"
    }
}

Now that's a convention I'd like other repos to follow. Good idea.
