Problem Description

I have a question, after the service is started, how should I dynamically add mcp-server?

For example, I wrote a web page that can add mcp-server. If the user dynamically adds mcp-server, mcpo can automatically recognize the newly added mcp-server and directly call_tool

Or is it possible to do this now? If there is this function, how do I use it?

Desired Solution you'd like

I need a function that can dynamically identify mcp-server
