Expected Behavior

sse automatically reconnects or access again to reestablish sse connection

@tjbck Hello, I'm sorry to bother you again. Regarding this issue, I think there is still a problem. In main, I just modified the link time of sse, but if the server actively disconnects from sse, since mcpo has no reconnection mechanism, then mcpo's sse_client will still report an error when calling tool, because the sse server has been disconnected from mcpo.
