Expected Behavior

mcpo --help should produce a help panel

Actual Behavior

mcpo --help produces an error.

TypeError: Parameter.make_metavar() missing 1 required positional argument: 'ctx'

Additional Information

Very obviously due to https://github.com/fastapi/typer/discussions/1215, solution is to pin click==8.1.8.
