📄 Description

Fixes #70 by removing application/vnd.google-apps.folder from _SKIP_MIMES, allowing the existing recursive branch to traverse subfolders. Adds a fake Drive service regression test covering both a root file and a nested file. Validation: python -m pytest -q (1 passed); python -m pip check; git diff --check.
