What

ADF descriptions keep their structure. _adf_to_text handled only paragraphs, headings and code blocks, so anything else in a description disappeared from the synced file. Now:
- bulleted, numbered and nested lists become markdown lists;
- tables become markdown tables;
- panels keep their text, and blockquotes are quoted.
comments=true (e.g. jira:ENG?comments=true) asks the search for the comment field and appends each comment's author, date and body under ## Comments. Adding a comment changes the issue's updated, so the existing checksum already picks it up.
Source options are URL-decoded, so a JQL query can contain & as %26 instead of being split into separate options. Unencoded sources parse the same as before.

Tests

New tests/test_jira.py, 7 cases. pytest passes: 59 tests.
