Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

_is_writable_sync in open_terminal/utils/fs.py uses os.access(..., effective_ids=True) (and os.statvfs, which also doesn't exist on Windows, though that one's caught by the try).
