Adds support for the newly released Claude 4.5 model family (Haiku, Sonnet, and Opus) to the Anthropic pipeline.

Changes

Added Claude 4.5 models to get_anthropic_models():
- claude-haiku-4-5-20251001 (claude-4.5-haiku)
- claude-sonnet-4-5-20250929 (claude-4.5-sonnet)
- claude-opus-4-5-20251101 (claude-4.5-opus)
Updated get_thinking_supported_models() to include:
- claude-opus-4-1
- claude-sonnet-4-5
- claude-opus-4-5
- claude-haiku-4-5
