When terminals is added as in the Terminal Connection with Chat Uploads set to Filesystem, the file upload fails when it happens on the very first message.
Tested with:
open-webui: 0.11.3
terminals: 2.3
open-terminals: 12.5

This is a missing feature or bug. Users will often upload files on the first message and they expect these to be processed by Open Terminal
