📄 Description

Adds regression coverage for MCP tools/list pagination.

Previously, MCPClient.list_tool_specs() only processed the first page returned by the MCP server, ignoring nextCursor and therefore omitting tools from subsequent pages.

The test verifies that:

  • multiple tools/list pages are consumed
  • nextCursor is forwarded to the next request
  • tools from all pages are returned

Verification

The regression test fails against the pre-fix Open WebUI main commit:

0a7c15832

It passes against the upstream dev branch containing the fix:

a096961a3

Test:

py -m pytest -q .\unit\tools\test_mcp_tools_pagination.py

Result:

1 passed
