Hi, I'm sorry this may not be the best place to ask this but I could not find a better one. (If you want I may close or delete the issue right away)

I have a question: Is it possible to measure someone's actual contribution in a group work, and what was it's value? I would guess that in a sense the value and contribution would be aligned, so guessing one could indicate the other. But is it achievable? And if it is, does it already exist? If not, could it be told if it is too far away from now or not?

I'm from Portugal, I have a class from my university and I would be glad if you could point me in the right direction about this topic. We are developing new ideas, and we are wondering how big is this obstacle.
Thank you
