I have no idea what the Clip Interrogator extension has to do with it, but the fact is that the problem only appears after installing the extension and disappears after uninstalling it.

When launching the WebUI, a number of errors appear:

creating model quickly: OSError

Failed to create model quickly; will retry using slow method.

The WebUI then starts, however when I try to change the model to any SDXL, the errors reappear and I see in the console an attempt to download the 10gb file ip_pytorch_model.bin to an unknown folder.

The standard solution to many conflicts by deleting the /venv/ folder did not help.
I decided to temporarily remove the installed extensions and saw the problem disappear.

Ok. I then installed the extensions one by one and restarted the WebUI every time to rule out the possibility that more than one extension was causing the problem. In the end, it turned out that the problem only occurred when the Clip Interrogator extension was installed.
