What: the README star chart stayed at 3,540 stars. The 6-hourly schedule in `star-chart.yml` never fired after the workflow was added: GitHub drops scheduled runs under load, and the workflow had 0 runs. A manual run worked (3,825 stars).

This adds a `push` trigger on `main`, so every merge redraws the chart. The schedule stays as a backstop. The workflow pushes only to the `star-chart` branch, so it cannot trigger itself, and `concurrency` cancels overlapping runs.
