📄 Description

Adds one technique note.

knowledge/techniques/trackmania-gbx-containers-and-mesh-extraction.md covers the GBX container (magic, binary vs ASCII variants, the double-extension convention), the state of NadeoPak r18 archives, and the two known routes for getting meshes out (dxripper for whole-level rips, the Noesis plugin with its limitation table), plus the mesh layout worked out from shakotay2's patched script.

Nothing in it was re-verified in-game: the facts are distilled from XeNTaX-era community threads and the tm-wiki PAK page, and the note says so up front. No URLs to any site or account, no keys, no game files. It cross-references the two Trackmania notes already open in #106 rather than restating them.

um kb check passes, um kb index regenerated (60 notes).
