Adds a complete asset modification pipeline to swap the main character in the DOS classic Pacmania 1.1 to a custom Super Mario CGA sprite.

Includes raw 2bpp interleaved CGA extraction scripts
Includes Python patching utility to precisely target Pacman's frames without disrupting memory gaps holding UI data.
