What: link the universal-modder Discord near the top of the README

A "community: join us on discord" badge leads the badge row, under the tagline. It's drawn to match the other badges (Sometype Mono, the coal chip with the magenta square, 52 px tall and shown at 26).
A bold Join the Discord line sits under the teaser, after "Coming next: the mod hub."
"Made a mod with it?" now points to the Discord too.

The invite (https://discord.com/invite/sEZWaf7vV) resolves to the universal-modder server.
