The "Join the Discord" link under "Coming next: the mod hub" was plain bold text. It's now a button drawn the same way as made-with-*.svg:

the same pixel font, taken from the made-with badge (j and c drawn to match);
a 12×9 pixel Discord mark in the brand cream/ink with magenta eyes;
discord-dark.svg / discord-light.svg behind a <picture>, at the made-with badge's 32 px height.
