📄 Description

What: Underrail (Steam 1.3.1.2, XNA 4 / .NET 4, Dotfuscator-renamed): full BG3-style gamepad support built with the managed-patch route. Left-stick direct movement, nearest-object highlight and one-button interaction, a stick/D-pad cursor for every menu, L2/R2 bar navigation, console-style window switching and a combat cursor. A Mono.Cecil installer adds one game-loop hook and redirects every Mouse/Keyboard poll into the mod. The note has the engine facts, build steps, 19 gotchas (symptom, cause, fix) and what was and wasn't verified. Play-tested on macOS through CrossOver with a DualSense; the Steam Deck run is not yet verified, as the note says.
