Ошибка появляется при выборе имени пользователя клиента (transmission, deluge и т.д.) на русском языке.

Пофиксил для transmission, но для deluge всё равно не работает, беда во втором питоне с unicode, большая беда.

Фиксается переездом на 3-й питон.
