📄 Description

1. Добавлен парсинг значения "сейчас" (внезапно, оно встречается).
2. Изменён парсинг момента последнего изменения торрента - добавлен учёт момента создания если торрент не изменялся.
   Предотвращает постоянное скачивание торрент-файла для проверки изменений в раздачах, которые ещё ни разу не изменялись - соответственно экономит дневной лимит скачиваний на кинопоиске.
