Add custom node: Hugging Face LoRA Uploader

This Pull Request adds the "Hugging Face LoRA Uploader" custom node to the list.

Description:
This node allows users to upload LoRA models from their local ComfyUI setup directly to a specified Hugging Face Hub repository. It features:

Automatic detection of local LoRA files.
Option to create new Hugging Face repositories (public or private).
Customizable commit messages and path in the repository.

Technical Details:

The node is packaged with a pyproject.toml file, where the project name is defined as comfyui_huggingfacelorauploader.
The main node code is located in __init__.py at the root of the repository.
It depends on the huggingface_hub library, which is listed in both requirements.txt and pyproject.toml.

Testing:
I have tested the installation of this node from its Git URL using the ComfyUI Manager, and it loads and functions correctly in my local ComfyUI environment. The node also appears correctly in the "Install custom nodes" list when using the "Use local DB" option after adding it to custom-node-list.json.
