fix: derive payment redirect URLs from getComfyPlatformBaseUrl() (#10600)

Browse Source 
Replaces hardcoded `https://www.comfy.org/payment/...` URLs with
`getComfyPlatformBaseUrl()` so staging deploys no longer redirect users
to production after payment.
