refactor: remove redundant nextFrame() from NodeReference and helpers

Removed redundant nextFrame() from copy() (click already does it),
convertToGroupNode() (fillPromptDialog already does it), resizeNode()
and dragTextEncodeNode2() (dragAndDrop already does it),
convertDefaultKSamplerToSubgraph() (convertToSubgraph already does it).
Also removed 6 spec-level nextFrame() calls after node.click('title').

Phase 4 of nextFrame() internalization plan.
