test: remove any type from UrlInput test mountComponent helper

- Replace `props: any` with `Record<string, unknown>`
- Use ComponentProps type assertion for type safety
- Refactor tests to check input.element.value instead of internal state
- This tests actual DOM behavior rather than implementation details
