fix: adjust toolbox sizing to match Figma design (#8115)

## Summary
- Adjusts selection toolbox to match Figma design specifications
- Changes padding from `p-2` to `p-1` (4px)
- Changes height from `h-12` to `h-10` (40px)

## Test plan
- [ ] Verify toolbox appears with correct dimensions when selecting
nodes
- [ ] Check visual alignment matches Figma design
