[feat] Add core Vue widget infrastructure

- SimplifiedWidget interface for Vue-based node widgets
- widgetPropFilter utility with component-specific exclusion lists
- Removes DOM manipulation and positioning concerns
- Provides clean API for value binding and prop filtering
