test: restore LiteGraph.ContextMenu after SubgraphIONodeBase mock

Match the sibling SubgraphInputNode/SubgraphOutputNode test pattern:
capture the original ContextMenu class and restore it in afterEach so
the mock doesn't leak into later specs sharing the same worker.
