The cursor-review-auto-label workflow (added in #9) fails on every PR here: it mints a Cloud Code Bot app token, but this freshly-extracted repo doesn't have the app installed or the APP_ID / CLOUD_CODE_BOT_PRIVATE_KEY configured, so it 404s at token generation.

Cursor review is unaffected. ci-cursor-review.yml triggers on the cursor-review label, so a review can still be started by applying that label manually — only the automatic labeling for opted-in authors goes away. Re-add this caller once the bot is onboarded on the repo.
