What changed
Updated the Playwright Docker base image from
v1.58.1-nobletov1.61.1-noble.Why
The project now uses Playwright 1.61.1, but the container still shipped the browser binaries from 1.58.1. Playwright could not find its expected Chromium headless shell and browser tests failed during launch.
This change aligns the container image with the installed Playwright version so browser tests can launch Chromium again.
