Summary

Install zstd in the Playwright CI image so GitHub Actions cache archives created on Ubuntu runners can be restored inside container jobs.

Root cause

The frontend setup job saves its pnpm cache with zstd, but this image currently lacks the zstd CLI. actions/cache therefore selects gzip inside the container and computes a different cache version even when the cache key and path are identical.

Changes

Install zstd alongside the existing runtime utilities.
Document it as part of the image.

Validation

The PR Docker build is the validation path; Docker is not available in the local development environment.
