Summary

make the manual frontend-update workflow default to the release for the latest main commit
wait for the matching release build and GHCR image before updating ComfyUI_frontend
preserve explicit versions for reusable calls and manual overrides
document the retry command in the repository update skill

Safety

The workflow follows newer commits that reach main while it waits, fails on an unsuccessful build, verifies the image manifest, and times out after 60 minutes. It waits only for the release build job, so it can retry a failed automatic frontend-update job.
