App Versionv0.3.5 (?)

I sometimes queue up a bunch of runs overnight, and this morning I found that ComfyUI had popped up an update dialog asking me if I wanted to update immediately or on next start of ComfyUI.

I found out that my queue had been paused by this dialog box, because there were still a lot of runs to process.

Expected BehaviorUpdate popup is fine, but the queue should continue to run in the background.

Actual BehaviorQueue had stopped and didn't continue until I chose an option in the dialog.

Steps to ReproduceI didn't change any settings regarding updates.

Queue up a bunch of runs.
Wait for self-update to pop-up.

Debug LogsNo logs because ComfyUI already restarted.Browser LogsNo logs because ComfyUI already restarted.

Setting JSONN/A

Interesting, the auto updater should not affect the app in any way as far as I know. Can you show us the log file? comfyui.log and main.log.
