Adds new compiled requirements, which is fetched instead of the normal one if user is on Blackwell architecture as reported by a parsednvidia-smi -qcommand.I couldn't find a way to fetch architecture directly withnvidia-smi, only through-qand parsing the response.Implementation plan: Check if blackwell on frontend side, change default torchMirror to 12.8, then actually use installOptions.torchMirror on desktop side instead of depending on installOptions.device as the code currently is.
