App Version

I can't re-install ComfyUI Desktop in Windows 11. Had to downgrade my Python to support another tool and then wouldn't work anymore so uninstalled and tried to reinstall again but fails.

Expected Behavior

Install is successful and app runs.

Actual Behavior

Running the installer 4.5 or 4.7 alpha and installing normally or as administrator I get this:

Steps to Reproduce

Already showed above.

Debug Logs

This shouldn't be a required step.  I can't install it.

i also have the same error I did a normal installation but when I tried to uninstall ComfyUI and reinstall it I encountered the same issue I tried removing ComfyUI but it wouldnt reinstall

I have the same issue. I just downloaded the 0.4.7 version.

The 0.4.5 version didn't have this problem, but it kept asking me to download a model. I would download it then it would prompt to download the same model again.

Try moving both extra_models_config.yaml and config.json from %APPDATA%\ComfyUI to another location
1. These files can be deleted if you are certain they do not contain configuration / settings you wish to restore later
When you next start the app, it will be in installer mode
Select a new, different path to install to
Step through the install / download process

If you run into issues and are migrating custom nodes/extensions, please try without migrating them and see if that resolves the issue.
