An interrupted initial venv download can result in server start throwing an error about yaml not being installed. This seems to be most-often caused by network issues.

The simplest fix is currently to reset the virtual environment.

Current user process

To reset the virtual environment from the error screen on server start:

Click Troubleshoot
If the All filter at the top is not highlight, click it to show all options
Find Reset virtual environment, then click Reset
Confirm by clicking the red Reset button

After this is done, another task should light up with an error - install python packages. This will install the requirements for ComfyUI Desktop to start. Any packages that are not already cached will automatically be downloaded.
