To resolve the FileNotFoundError for extra_models_config.yaml in ComfyUI Desktop version 0.4.26 on Windows, ensure that the file exists at the following location:

C:/Users/WZF/AppData/Roaming/ComfyUI

If the file is missing, you can create it manually. Use the ComfyServerConfig.createConfigFile method to generate the file with default configurations. This method will create the file at the required path with the necessary content. Make sure the file is correctly named and placed in the specified directory. Avoid using the extra_model_paths.yaml.example file from the Program Files location for configuring additional model paths.
