Prerequisites

I have searched the existing issues and checked the recent builds/commits
I have read the documentation and this feature is not already available
This is a single feature request (not multiple features combined)

Problem Statement

After the last update or two i was seeing generations slowing down dramatically or pausing all together for a long time after 1 or 2 generations (vram filling and going to shared?) , prior to this i was generating for hours with no issue.
I added the line disable-dynamic-vram in comfy.settings.json:
"Comfy.Server.LaunchArgs": {
"disable-dynamic-vram": ""
},
"Comfy.Server.ServerConfigValues": {
"disable-dynamic-vram": true

But found when i start up comfy wipes my changes! why is this??

So i made it read only and the settings stick, i can see dynamic vram is disabled as i dont see the console msgs when generating,
After 20 generations not a single slow down or pause.

Proposed Solution

Pleas add a switch or button in the settings, server-config, memory options:
