Summary

Upload rows no longer stretch “Drop an image or” and Upload image to opposite ends of the control column. The bordered row hugs that pair, with a small gap, on every app (Hand, Product, Person, Garment, face, scene, and the single-image apps). After a file is chosen, Replace sits next to the filename instead of at the far edge. A very long name ellipsizes.

The quiet shell is unchanged: warm paper, hairline borders, and the chartreuse run button. Carousel motion, apps, APIs, and header/footer copy are untouched.

On a 320px-wide screen the button still drops as a whole unit under the hint so the words “Upload image” do not break.

Test plan

Hand and Product rows show an 8px gap, and the box is only as wide as the hint plus the button
The same compact row appears on Sprite sheet, Virtual try-on, Paparazzi Me, and Background removal
A chosen file keeps Replace beside the name; a long name ellipsizes
At 390px the pair stays on one line; at 320px the button wraps as a unit and the page does not scroll sideways
